Assuno is an online taxi booking service. Users can submit a ride request through the Website. Available rides from licensed third-party transport providers are checked, and once a ride is confirmed the user receives the details of the provider performing it. A booking request fee applies to each request, whether or not the booking can be confirmed.

Users may also choose the Personal Assistant plan, a monthly plan that removes booking request fees and gives priority assistance for taxi bookings and any other everyday request (restaurants, leisure activities, travel and similar services), as well as the Assuno Travel Magazine. Both are optional.

Prices, billing, renewal and cancellation conditions are set out in the Terms of Payment, the Terms & Conditions and the Cancellation & Refund Conditions.

Assuno acts solely as a booking intermediary. Assuno is not affiliated or partnered with any ride platform or transport provider: it acts as an intermediary between drivers and users to make booking easier. Each booking is made on the user’s behalf with a licensed operator or ride platform, which accepts the booking and remains fully responsible for it and for the ride. Once a ride is found, the driver’s contact details are sent to the user. Hilldan Services Limited is not a transport operator, does not own or operate vehicles, does not employ drivers and does not accept bookings as an operator.

The rides themselves are performed entirely under the responsibility of the third-party providers. Accordingly:

• Hilldan Services Limited does not guarantee the availability, punctuality, quality or safety of the rides performed by third-party providers.
• Hilldan Services Limited is not a party to the transport contract concluded between the user and the provider.
• Any complaint relating to a ride (delay, cancellation, driver behaviour, vehicle condition) must be addressed to the provider concerned, without prejudice to any assistance Assuno may offer.

The Website is in principle accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Access may be temporarily suspended or limited without notice for maintenance, updates, technical incidents, security reasons or events beyond the reasonable control of Hilldan Services Limited.

Hilldan Services Limited shall not be liable for any interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the Website.

Some features require the creation of a user account and the acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Access to the services is reserved to users aged 18 or over.

By using the Website, users agree to:
