Use CasesWhen to use Assuno in your life
Each scenario targets a specific frustration you recognize from your own life where existing apps let you down. Here are a few examples of when to use Assuno in your life, in a way that other platforms couldn’t.
Your flight leaves at 9am, you have two suitcases and the app shows no driver nearby. Missing the check-in is not an option.
How Assuno helps:
Books a vehicle with room for you and your luggage.Schedules the pick-up with enough time before your flight.Sends you the driver's details once confirmed—no need to follow up.It is 5am, the apps show nothing and the local taxi company only answers the phone during office hours.
How Assuno helps:
Books your ride the night before, at the time you need.Calls local taxi companies when no app has a driver.Confirms the booking so you can sleep until your alarm. You need to cross the region, most apps refuse long rides and quotes vary wildly from one driver to another.
How Assuno helps:
Asks several taxi companies for the same trip.Gives you the best price and the vehicle that fits.Books the ride and sends you every detail once confirmed.Arriving in a new city means unknown apps, unknown taxi numbers and drivers who may not speak your language.
How Assuno helps:

Why Trust Us
Compared to traditional taxi apps, Assuno differentiates itself by calling taxis that aren't bookable online, letting users manage everything in one chat, and offering other ways to travel when no taxi is available.
Many local taxi companies still take bookings by phone only, especially outside big cities. While other apps stop at their own drivers, we call them directly, ensuring you can book the ride you need while still managing everything online.
From your request to confirmation, you get real-time updates. If you ever have a question about your driver or wish to make any changes to your ride, you can always do so through our chat on the website or via your user space.
If no taxi is available for your trip, Assuno automatically finds other ways to get you there, such as shuttle buses, trains or public transport, based on your pick-up, destination and time. You get the full route in the chat.
